My first stay in India was in 2004 and I started practicing Iyengar yoga in
2008, hoping it would help me improve back pain due to my scoliosis
and my cycling travels around the world. After practicing different
yoga methods, when I discovered Iyengar yoga, I immediately felt a
improving my back so I chose to devote myself to this practice. At that moment,
yoga has become an integral part of my life.
I spent long periods in India, mainly in Rishikesh where I studied with Usha
Devi and Pune with the Iyengar family at RIMYI (Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga
Institute). I continue to visit Pune on a regular basis.
I lived for 3 years in Israel where I followed the teaching of several experienced teachers.
Then I moved to Nice, France, to continue my training with Christian
Pisano and June Whittaker.
I frequently participate in internships and conventions with yoga teachers
Iyengar from all over the world. I am currently teaching at the Iyengar Yoga Institute in Nice and at
