• We offer group classes in different levels, weekend workshops and longer retreats.
  • We offer privet classes adopte to the needs of the student. Small groups are possible as well.
  • Informe the teacher if a particular event has occurred and requires precautions, for example menstruation for women, or any health issue.
  • Pregnant women must report the teacher before the class begin.

LEVELS

beginners

BEGINNERS

The beginners’ classes are an ideal way to get to know Iyengar Yoga. The lessons are accessible to everyone who come to the center for the first time. In these classes we will learn the fundamentals of Iyengar yoga, the principles of movement and alignment.

INTERMEDIATE

For people who have been practicing Iyengar yoga for at least one year. Students who come to this class should know Sirsasana and Sarvangasana.

ADVANCE

For students who has been practicing Iyengar yoga for several years and are independent in their practice. This class is recommended for students who wish to explore the practice of Yoga in an adventurous way.

ADAPTED CLASS

For students who find it difficult to integrate in any of the classes (beginners, intermediate or advanced) because of health issue, age, pregnancy, etc.

In this class the practice will be individual or in a small group according to the needs of the student.
