Certify Iyengar yoga teacher, intermediate Junior 2, by Ramamani IYENGAR® Memorial Yoga Institute (Pune, India)

My first trip to India was in 2004 and I started practicing Iyengar Yoga in 2008, hoping it would help me improve back pain associated with my congenital scoliosis and have cycling around the world. After practicing different yoga methods, when I discovered Iyengar yoga, I immediately felt an improvement in my back and so I chose to devote myself to this practice. By that time, yoga had become an integral part of my life.

I spent long periods in India, mainly in Rishikesh and Pune, where I was studying with Usha Devi and with the Iyengar family at RIMYI. Since 2010, I will regularly study at Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute,Pune.

I lived 3 years in Israel where I studied with several senior teachers. Then I moved to Nice, France, to continue my training with Christian Pisano and June Whittaker.

I often participate in internships and conventions with teachers from all over the world. I currently teach at the Iyengar Yoga Institute in Nice and in Monaco.
